Data Removal

To delete the purchase records linked to your licence code, email [email protected] with the subject "Data removal" and your licence code (BNJ-…).

We will delete the licence record (the pattern codes bought under it, the Stripe session ids, times and amounts) within 30 days and confirm by email. After deletion your library can no longer be opened with that code, so download your PDFs first.

Payment records held by Stripe are kept by Stripe as required by financial regulations; see Stripe's privacy policy.

Anything you set in the 3D viewer is stored only in your own browser; clearing your browser's site data removes it.
