Common questions

Where are my downloads? On the thank-you page right after payment. Later, open purlgrid.com/library.html and enter your licence code to get fresh links (links are valid for 24 hours).

I lost my licence code. Email us from the address you paid with; we will find your purchase and send the code.

A4 or US Letter? Both are included. Print the one that matches your paper.

How do I use the 3D viewer? Open the link or QR code on the last page of your PDF. The pattern code printed there unlocks round-by-round mode.

I think there is a mistake in a pattern. Tell us the pattern code (e.g. PG-001), the size and the round. We correct confirmed errors and the fixed PDF appears in your library.
